Part-Time Sports Coach (Self-Employed) – Lead Our Out-of-Hours Provision

Hours: Evenings & Weekends

Pay: Commission-Based (Earn Based on Work You Generate)

Are you a passionate, driven sports coach looking for more than just set hours and fixed sessions? This is an exciting opportunity to work with our company on a self-employed basis, managing and growing our out-of-hours sports provision from the ground up.

Sporty Stars are looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of building a range of services—evening clubs, weekend sessions, 1-1 coaching, birthday parties, and more. You’ll have the freedom to shape the offer, source venues, and promote your activities.

This role may suit someone who is already working full time and wants to take on additional responsibilities.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging sports sessions for children

• Develop and grow our out-of-hours programme from scratch

• Source venues for sessions and events (with our support)

• Promote and manage bookings for your activities

• Offer services such as 1-1 coaching, sports clubs, and birthday parties

• Represent our company in the local community

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced sports coach (minimum Level 1)

• Valid DBS

• Someone with initiative, drive, and a passion for youth sport

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• Creative and confident in designing and delivering engaging activities

• Comfortable working on a self-employed basis

• Available to work evenings and weekends

• Access to transport and willingness to travel locally
