About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. You must have at least 2 years of barista experience (speciality preferably), a strong work ethic, and a passion for coffee. As we’re a new business, we value initiative, independence, and people who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years barista experience - (Must include dialing in, latte art, working with speciality coffee)
- Confident working independently and using initiative
- Able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- A team player with a positive, energetic attitude
- Passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a great vibe
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Flexible availability – including weekends
