About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Team Leader within our Southern Team.
Duties as a Team Leader
- Manage a small team of operatives working remotely away from the GB Specialist and Industrial base in Milton Keynes
- To ensure that all works are completed within the target times set
- Conduct quoting as required using the appropriate platform ensuring all costs are considered and presented professionally
- Tasks include but not limited to: window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, gutter cleaning, high level cleaning
- Operate machinery
- Working flexibly to meet client and team needs
- Ensure all works carried out by the Specialist Services team are completed with a Safety-First culture
- Completing weekly reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Full Driving License - essential
- PASMA/IPAF license
- Cleaning experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and time-management skills
- Honest & Trustworthy
