REPORTING TO: Spa Operations Manager
HOURS: Full-time position based on 5 days out of 7, including weekend work. Shift patterns are varied, early morning/daytime and evenings.
LOCATION: Roe Valley, Limavady
SALARY: £12.21 per hour

About the role:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will focus on maintaining the Spa front-of-house systems and procedures, maximising sales, and ensuring high customer service standards are always maintained.
We pride ourselves on delivering a very high level of customer care, knowledge, and a friendly attitude. We strive to ensure all guest experiences are seamless and guest expectations are met with excellent customer service.

About The Role
Job Description:
The main duties include but are not limited to;
- Working within office guidelines to ensure that all client bookings are accurate.
- Dealing with any guest queries, ensuring the guest experience is seamless and that all expectations are met with excellent customer service.
- Looking after our members
- Dealing with all client queries by phone, post, online, and face-to-face.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of all the Resort’s services in order to deal with daily client queries and bookings.
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities in all client queries/contact.
- Producing invoices and handling monies with accuracy, providing receipts as required.
- Carrying out Front of House procedures as per the daily checklists.
- Carrying out administrative duties as required.
- Working within the guidelines of health and safety operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.
The Person:
Essential Criteria, applicants must have;
At least 6 months’ experience working in a dynamic, environment in a customer-facing role.- Proven experience of multi-tasking various job duties in a fast paced environment.
- A good customer service background.
- Confident administrative and IT skills to include word and excel.
- Have a keen interest in beauty, fitness, or the well-being industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and energetic with great pride in your overall appearance.
- A flexible work approach and be available to work weekdays and weekends.

- Experience or an interest in the hospitality industry.
- Sales Experience
Desirable Criteria;
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist.
- Previous experience working in a spa environment.
