Job Purpose:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in administering and implementing procurement plans and processes to acquire goods and services that support our diverse business operations, including both Indirect and Direct Operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass product and service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, and supplier performance management. You will identify and recommend 'best-in-class' suppliers while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement activities.

Your tasks:

  • Administer procurement business processes and plans to maximize value contribution, benefit realization, and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction in quality, price, and service.
  • Implement prescribed sourcing processes for goods, services, and transportation capacities to reduce costs while ensuring quality and supply.
  • Conduct professional sourcing activities for key business initiatives, including supply market research and intelligence to support investment decisions.
  • Coordinate sourcing opportunities and manage relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Deliver essential products and services required by the organization, such as office supplies, IT equipment, and various services.
  • Execute procurement processes, including product and service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, contract administration, and supplier performance management.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a foundational understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and contracts.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and hands-on approach to stakeholder management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of temporary labor procurement is a plus.
