What We Are Looking For:
An experienced and passionate Sommelier to be a key part of our dedicated sommelier team to deliver excellent wine and beverage service. You will be engaging and be able to recommend wines to complement guest’s palates and meals.
The Successful Sommelier will:
· Have previous experience as a Sommelier in a busy, fine dining environment. Michelin background preferred, but not essential
· Have WSET Level 2 accreditation or equivalent
· Have up to date knowledge and expertise on wines and beverages
· Be available to work 8 shifts per week including weekends
