Job Overview:
Canary7 is a fast scaling Warehouse Management System (WMS) provider, and we are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our cross-functional team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Professional Services, helping clients onboard to and get the most out of our advanced WMS platform. While previous relevant experience is a plus, we welcome applicants with limited experience but the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Canary7 will provide on-the-job training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation:
- Assist with the implementation of Canary7’s modern WMS platform for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in solution design discussions and help configure the platform based on client needs.
- Provide support during setup, testing, and training sessions, ensuring clients understand and are comfortable using the platform.
- Customer Success:
- Engage with clients post-implementation to ensure they are satisfied with the platform and that it meets their operational needs.
- Help customers navigate and adopt new features of the WMS, offering advice and support to optimize their use of the system.
- Proactively assist clients with questions or issues, resolving them in a timely manner with the support of the Customer Success team.
- Professional Services:
- Assist with providing expert consulting to clients, helping them get the most value from Canary7’s WMS.
- Support additional service offerings like custom reports, data analysis, and specialized training based on client needs.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Canary7 to build your technical and consulting skills.
- Learn the intricacies of warehouse management operations and how to translate that knowledge into effective solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with Canary7’s platform updates and best practices to better serve clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and team members across Implementation, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions based on client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Logistics) is preferred but not essential.
- Experience:
- Some relevant experience in a similar role (e.g., technical support, consulting, or customer service) is beneficial, but we are open to candidates with limited experience.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of technology and software platforms, with a willingness to learn the technical aspects of Canary7’s WMS.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, system integrations, or WMS is a plus, but not required.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to learning and working with customers.
