Founded back in 1998 Mark One Consultants has become one of the leading IT companies in our area. During our journey we developed TEAMS (The electronic asbestos management system - not the Microsoft meeting software). It quickly became the leading supplier of asbestos surveying and management software to the compliance industry and has gone strength to strength easy year. We now work with some of the UK’s, New Zealand and Australia’s largest consultancies. The software consists of multiple products running on different platforms including Web Applications, Desktop Applications and Mobile Applications on Android and iOS.
We are not content to sit back and keep things ticking over, so we are constantly undertaking ambitious plans to further develop our software, bring out new features and services and keep our software fresh and up to date with the latest technological developments.
With continuing growth, we are expanding our support team which is where you come in.
What you can bring to role:
Our perfect match will have experience of working in a software support role and experience working with HTML and SQL, but we all had to start somewhere, and complete in-house training is available.
In addition, a perfect match would have, or be willing to learn:
- The ability to work through problems independently and assist others when required.
- Be a natural problem solver.
- Have very good customer facing skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A willingness to learn & develop existing skills.
- Very good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- To be eligible to work in the UK.
Your core responsibilities:
- Problem solve and resolve any potential issues on our client’s system.
- Support our clients via email and over the phone.
- Work through technical issues and liaise and work with our development department when required.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Deliver outstanding service to our clients.
- Assist in the production and maintenance of HTML powered report templates.
