Business Overview:
We specialise in electronic document management (EDM) – providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably.
Role Purpose:
Support, deliver, and manage EDM software projects while training users and providing ongoing support. Ideal for someone with software/IT project experience looking to grow into project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and client communications
- Install and deliver EDM solutions to time, budget, and quality
- Train users and provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot software/database issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Maintain SLAs for support incidents
- Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
- Identify improvements to delivery/support processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years installing/delivering software solutions
- 2+ years in software support roles
- Experience with T-SQL and database systems
- Experience managing projects with external stakeholders
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
- Exposure to EDM systems
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in software/IT project delivery
- Commercial awareness
