Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily activities within the childcare setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Lead and support a team of educators, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Implement early childhood education programmes that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care and education provided to children.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with staff to create engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children in our care.
- Take the lead on creating content for social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or nursery settings, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- A background in managing teams or projects is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development through engaging educational experiences.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
