We’re a newly opened wine bar in Hackney, East London, focused on sharing our love for great wine and beer. Our list features around 70 unique and experimental wines sourced from across the world, alongside a selection of hyper-local beers , classic cocktails and spirits. We’re passionate about good drinks and creating a relaxed, welcoming spot for people to enjoy them.
Job Overview:
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of our content strategy and execution. You’ll create, post, and manage content across Instagram and TikTok, capture moments in the venue, and help define our brand voice online. Ideally, you’ve worked with newly launched businesses before and understand how to build awareness, grow engagement, and support footfall through social media.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post high-quality content (reels, carousels, stories, behind-the-scenes).
- Maintain a consistent and strategic content calendar.
- Grow our audience through organic engagement and community outreach.
- Monitor analytics and adjust content or timing based on performance.
- Capture in-venue content during service and events.
- Manage small paid campaigns if needed (primarily Meta/Instagram).
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience running social media for hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Confident with short-form video, photography, and writing engaging copy.
- Able to work independently and deliver on schedule.
- Familiarity with social media growth tactics and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting newly launched venues or brands is a strong plus.
- Interest in wine or hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
