Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns; prepare regular reports on social media performance.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, announcements, and newsworthy content through social channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights is advantageous.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
