The Role:
Your main responsibility will be to run and optimise our social media channels with a strong focus on generating new leads, particularly for the recruitment of drivers to join our evergrowing team. Alongside this, you’ll support the business through our rebrand, helping to deliver fresh and engaging campaigns that strengthen our brand voice and attract new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and recruit new drivers.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximise engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with business goals, particularly recruitment and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Play an active role in the company rebrand, helping shape our new online identity and messaging.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns (ideally with a recruitment or lead-generation focus).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a creative mindset.
- Confident using analytics tools to measure performance and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player who is excited to be part of a company transformation.
