Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality sausages, burgers, and minced products to company standards
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, including mincers, sausage fillers, and patty formers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the small goods production area
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assist with stock control, including preparation and rotation of ingredients
- Work closely with the wider production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or butchery preferred
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles preferred
- Attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality products
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks
