Oaklands launched their professional training and development offer in 2024 to work with employers in a meaningful way and we are seeking a Skills Bootcamp Administrator to play a vital role as we deliver this new and exciting part of the Oaklands group at pace

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Skills Bootcamp Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in providing an administrative service to support the department, along with building relationships with key customers. In this position, you will be responsible for inputting large volumes of data, liaising with customers to gather learner evidence and leading on data returns for funding claims. You will also be responsible for processing course enrolments and supporting in booking rooms and creating learner certificates.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in data entry and have a proactive approach to creating a positive experience for our customers. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience of these is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality students/staff stakeholder experience.

Your Day to Day Impact

  • Process learner enrolment forms completing eligibility checks and compliant completion of any documentation associated with the onboarding of learners.
  • Support course enrolment and induction sessions to ensure learner’s expectations are managed and all enrolment paperwork completed accurately.
  • Liaise with learners and stakeholders to collect learner evidence and upload into the relevant folders.
  • Lead on uploading of monthly data returns, learner evidence, and ensuring compliant documentation is completed timely.
  • Support the team at learner focused events and locations to promote the Skills Bootcamp provision.
  • Update the Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry including achievement and job outcomes per learner.
  • Assist in creating learner certificates and uploading into relevant folders.
  • Lead on booking rooms at the campus for upcoming courses.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement and growth of the department.
  • Continue to develop own skills and knowledge through attendance at relevant training and CDP events.
