Role Description
Due to our expanding work, Gement is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to support our Manchester team. The role is both end user and employer facing, requiring a proactive approach to supporting candidates in the workplace and helping them thrive in their careers.
Previous experience in the role/industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. The most impotnant quaility is a willingness to learn!
This job is hybrid and the successful applicant must be able to attend events in and around a 20 mile radius of Manchester, twice a week.
Duties
- Contact candidates and evaluate any support services needed
- Assess each learner's progress in work
- Support with the collection of evidence for audits each quarter
- Work in a customer-focused role with both employers and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Establish an effective working relationship with each candidate
- Attend career fairs and similar events
Essential Requirements
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing in British English
- Excellent IT skills and must be comfortable using all Microsoft Office applications including OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prioritise own workload and tasks based on importance
- Follow through with projects until completion
