Role Description
Due to our expanding work, Gement is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to support our London office. The role is both end user and employer facing, requiring a proactive approach to supporting candidates in the workplace and helping them thrive in their careers.
Previous experience in the role/industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
This job is hybrid and the successful applicant must be able to commute to our London office in Bank for a minimum of 2 days a week.
Duties
- Contact candidates and evaluate any support services needed
- Assess each learner's progress in work
- Support with the collection of evidence for audits each quarter
- Work in a customer-focused role with both employers and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Establish an effective working relationship with each candidate
- Attend career fairs and similar events
Essential Requirements
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Proficient in speaking and writing in British English
- Excellent IT skills and must be comfortable using all Microsoft Office applications including OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prioritise own workload and tasks based on importance
- Follow through with projects until completion
