Skilled Operative
We currently wish to recruit a number of Skilled Operatives to fill vacancies throughout England
The following duties are not inclusive of all duties and the operative will perform other related duties as required.
Performs routine grounds and building work. Operates hand and power tools. May operate a company vehicle. Engages in a wide variety of tasks, such as assisting in the maintenance and repair of water mains and services, sewer mains and services, cleaning roadside ditches, culverts, repairing street and pavements, grounds maintenance. Performs other duties as required by designated supervisors.
Previous experience of working on a construction site is essential. Ideally applicant will have the relevant CSR card.
Summary
As a Skilled Operative, you will be integral to our production team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. This role requires a strong command of core skills such as machinery operation and safety protocols, along with premium skills in problem-solving and teamwork. You will report to the Supervisor and be expected to maintain a productive workflow while adhering to safety standards. Your relevant skills in quality control and equipment maintenance will further enhance our operational success. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50-£18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
