Duties
- Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist in duties including building,plastering, concreting ,shuttering and cladding work
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in achieving project goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
