Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as required.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Skills
- Proven experience in a labouring role or similar position is advantageous.
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in the workplace.
