About the Role:
- Assist in various residential construction projects, including loft conversions, extensions, and full-home renovations.
- Support carpenters, roofers, and other tradespeople with essential tasks.
- Handle material transportation, site preparation, and general construction duties.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to building regulations in all work.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a labourer in residential construction.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.
