Dependability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthy - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they are trusted to work within our customers homes. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the United Kingdom. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to job satisfaction. Being late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Oriented - Did you see that spider web in the corner? A keen eye will notice every detail and ensure customer happiness every clean.
