As a Site Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From helping members of the public to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the site, you’ll be supporting a greener, cleaner community every day.
Your core responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the site and ensure smooth operations
- Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste correctly
- Keep the site clean, safe, and well organised
- Prevent commercial or non-compliant waste from entering
- Promote recycling and help maximise segregation of materials
- Provide great customer service while working outdoors in all weathers
- Be part of a friendly, supportive team making a real impact locally
