Key Responsibilities:
- Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds and shrubbery to enhance park appearance
- Operate grounds maintenance machinery such as lawn mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely and efficiently
- Maintain footpaths, driveways, and communal outdoor areas, including litter picking and clearing debris
- Assist with seasonal planting, tree care, and landscaping projects
- Support the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Report any hazards, faults, or maintenance needs to the Grounds Supervisor or Facilities Manager promptly
- Support the team during special events or park preparations as required
- Previous groundskeeping or gardening experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to use and maintain grounds care equipment safely
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
- Flexible and willing to undertake training
