Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced foreman/forewoman to lead our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years experience in the construction industry with strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage various aspects of construction or manufacturing projects. As a foreman/forewoman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and manage the work of team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and other stakeholders regarding progress and any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
