Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Carry out installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition before commencing work.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure functionality and aesthetics meet client expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client queries or concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Document installation processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
