Job Summary
We are seeking a Sign Maker and Installer to join our team at PC Signs Limited. As a Sign Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signs that meet client specifications while having an eye for detail in the production process.
Duties and 'What we're looking for'
- Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble sign materials.
- Ensure all signs are produced to the highest quality standards, adhering to safety regulations whilst onsite.
- Perform heavy lifting as required when handling materials and finished products as well as being efficient working on ladders.
- Operating our Sign Making System, Large format Printers, CNC Router, T-Shirt Press and Laminator- training for these will be provided.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply graphics, decals and wrap vinyl to vehicles and installation of signage onsite as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sign making, vehicle wrapping or a related field is advantageous but not essential for the right person.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the production process.
- An attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Clean Drivers Licence to be able to perform deliveries, installations and meetings with clients.
