We are seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Guards to join our team for a high-profile music event in Chelmsford. The role requires individuals who can ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and performers throughout the event.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the venue
- Carry out bag and ticket checks where required
- Ensure the safety of guests, performers, and staff
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents
- Patrol the venue and surrounding areas during the event
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Previous event security experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Professional appearance and punctuality
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance
Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
