We're looking for an SIA Licensed Security Guard during weekends, school holidays and seasonal evenings who shares our passion for providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests.
Role Overview:
As a Security Guard at Hobbledown West London, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our visitors and staff. Your calm, professional approach and excellent customer service skills will help ensure that families enjoy their time with us, knowing they are in good hands.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of all visitors, staff, and property on site.
Provide a friendly and approachable presence, engaging with families in a positive manner.
Monitor and patrol designated areas, responding swiftly to any issues.
Assist in crowd control and in our car park during busy events and peak times.
Carry out routine checks of entry points, access control, and CCTV.
Act as the first point of contact for security-related incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
Supporting our management team in relation to guest complaints
Requirements:
A valid SIA Security License.
A valid Right to work in the UK
Over the age of 18 years old
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a family-friendly or public venue.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
A positive, approachable attitude and a commitment to making Hobbledown a safe place for everyone.
