We are a professional security company committed to providing safe and secure environments for our clients. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a bar in Victoria. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage crowds, we want to hear from you!
Saturday shifts available 16.00-00.30 with addition when required, position can start asap
£14.01ph (Including Holiday Pay) PAYE - Monthly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and premises.
- Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals are allowed entry.
- Handle any potential conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Perform ID checks and ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing laws.
- Manage crowd control and assist with maintaining order during peak hours
Must -
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license (essential).
- Previous experience working in a security role, particularly in a bar or nightlife setting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and responsible approach to work.
- Flexibility to work Friday and Saturday evenings.
- Be happy to work with in the Bar/Pub environment
- Be available Weekends, Bank holidays Inc New years Eve
- Be able to communicate and write fluently in English
- Be reliable
