We’re looking for experienced, professional Door Supervisors to join the team at one of Bishop’s Stortford’s best-loved nightclubs. If you know how to hold the line, read a crowd, and keep the vibe safe and fun – we want to hear from you.
The Details:
- Location: Bishop’s Stortford
- Hours: Up to 12 per week
- Shift Pattern: Friday & Saturday nights (must be available both)
- Pay Rate: £15 per hour
- Role Type: Ongoing part-time work
What You’ll Need:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- A professional, calm and confident approach
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliability – we need team players who turn up ready to work
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing entry and queues
- Checking ID and maintaining licensing conditions
- Supporting the venue team with crowd control and customer safety
- Diffusing situations before they escalate
- Being a visible, approachable presence throughout the night
