Previous experience isn’t required – as long as you’re practical-minded (and not a dummy!) full training will be provided.

What Your Typical Day Looks Like
- 8:25am: Arrive at a customer’s home in one of our company vans
- 8:30am: Knock on the door, introduce yourself, and have a friendly chat with a customer who’s excited about their new home upgrade
- 8:40am: Prep the working area with protective sheets and set out your tools (all supplied by Ideal Shutters)
- 8:50am: Build a bespoke bay window shutter or install a fully automated electric roller garage door – take breaks when you need
- 12:00pm: Lunch – either somewhere nice or back at HQ for a quick refuel
- 12:30pm: Head to your next customer, ready to wow them again
- 3:45pm: Back to HQ for a cup of tea/coffee, chat with the team, and prep for tomorrow
- 4:30pm: Head home – satisfied knowing you’ve made a real difference
