The Role:
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our growing team and support in the Wigan & Moreton showrooms. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, providing expert product advice, preparing quotes, and following up on leads to generate appointments for our field sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering a great customer experience, and is looking for flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism
- Provide detailed product information and help customers choose the right solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow up on leads to book in-home appointments for the field sales team
- Keep our CRM system updated with customer interactions and lead progress
- Coordinate with field reps to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain a tidy, inspiring showroom space and handle general admin tasks
What You’ll Bring:
- A passion for great service and creating positive customer experiences
- A friendly, approachable manner and strong communication skills
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence using (or learning) CRM systems
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in retail, interiors, or a showroom environment is a bonus—but not essential
