Summary
We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team at Our Wee Shop in the heart of the community. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have pleasant shopping experience while contributing to our mission of quality service and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Promote special offers and new products to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Uphold company standards for quality and safety.
- Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be friendly and happy to be part of a team.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred , but not essential as full training will be given.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
