Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. We run an online store that sells aesthetics products and need someone to help with day to day tasks such as dealing with online orders and packing products. The ideal candidate will be available Monday-Friday 13:30-16:30. This position requires effective communication skills, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Managing postal apps
- Maintain an organised and tidy environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
