Job Title: Shift Materials Handler
Location: Operations Department
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (alternating shifts: 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00)
Pay: £12.21 per hour (with an uplift for holders of a Flexi/Bendi FLT licence)

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient handling of materials that support our high-performance products. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading production ovens
- Supplying raw materials to the production line
- Transferring raw materials, WIP, and finished goods around the premises
- Loading finished goods into trailers
- Receiving, booking in, and storing goods, including stock system updates
- Escalating stock issues and supporting with stock takes
- Strapping and labelling pallets ready for transportation
- Ensuring safe storage, handling and transportation of goods (including chemicals)
- Supporting production and warehouse colleagues when needed
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety in line with 5S principles
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Current Counterbalance FLT licence with proven experience
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible approach with a strong work ethic
Desirable (but not essential):
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience with Sage 200 or similar systems
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-sigma principles
- Flexi/Bendi FLT licence (with pay uplift available)
