Dave’s Hot Chicken is on the lookout for a Shift Leader who’s passionate,hands-on,and ready to bring the heat every day.
What’s involved?
- Leading by example on every shift—setting the pace,energy,and standards for the team
- Managing daily shift operations including opening/closing the store,cash handling,and maintaining food safety standards
- Supporting the management team by ensuring stock levels,cleanliness,and team readiness are always on point
- Motivating and coaching team members to deliver fast,friendly,and flawless service
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care
- Helping to train new team members and developing future leaders
- Monitoring performance and assisting in delivering on sales and service goals
- Living the Dave’s spirit—YOLO!
