We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is a part-time role ideal for someone looking to gain experience and contribute to a busy HR function throughout the busy summer months, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of key administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recuritment team by scheduling interviews across our multiple branches
- Collect and verify essential onboarding documentation, including Right to Work, Proof of Address, and any relevant qualifications
- Create and maintain staff personell files, ensuring all documents are stored correctly
- Gather, manage and distribute feedback from trial shifts to support hiring decisions for each branch
- Organise onboarding sessions and provide hands-on assistance where required
- Distribute weekly payslips promptly and accurately
- Liaise with our bank and part-time staff to update weekly availability to support the service delivery team
- Assist with a range of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the HR and Service Delivery team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR/Recruitment/Onboarding or an administrative role preferable
- Working knowledge of DBS and Right to Work checks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
