Role Overview

As a Waste Service Advisor, you will be at the core of Everflow’s waste service delivery. You’ll coordinate waste collections, resolve customer and supplier queries, manage booking workflows, and ensure our services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. This role bridges operations, customer service, and administration, helping us maintain our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for waste service queries and issues.
  • Handle escalations and general enquiries, delivering resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contact customers regarding service updates, renewals, and resolutions.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach, enhancing the overall experience through proactive communication.


Service Coordination & Supplier Management

  • Coordinate and manage waste job bookings and service delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Work with the supply chain to resolve service issues and maintain seamless waste operations.
  • Monitor and escalate recurring supplier issues to ensure continuous improvement.


Data & Process Management

  • Input, verify, and reconcile service data to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, service changes, and customer communications.
  • Support internal audits and reporting through diligent administrative work.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.


Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Services, and Operations teams to ensure unified service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and process reviews, offering insights and ideas for service optimisation.
  • Support compliance with company policies, SLAs, and industry regulations.
  • Be adaptable and ready to support other teams or handle customer calls when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a service delivery, coordination, or advisory role—ideally within the waste, utilities, or logistics sector.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to manage customer and supplier relationships professionally.
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling data, job tracking systems, and MS Office tools (particularly Excel).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of waste management practices and regulations is advantageous.
