We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor (Maternity leave cover) for our Dereham branch to advise customers in relation to their vehicles’ service and repair needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Previous experience in this role is not essential as full training will be given.
This role is to cover maternity leave up to 12 months.
The Service Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.
Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Technicians, the Service Advisor will demonstrate high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times to ensure a positive experience whilst maintaining customer retention.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Competence in Microsoft packages
- Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis
