We are looking for a Sales Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave in our team at Saxham dealership within MANNS.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic.
Main Duties:
- Joining the Sales Administration team:
- Dealing with whole good sales processes.
- Inputting of sales data into dealer management system
- Export process
- DVLA registrations
- Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Sending out of invoices and statements
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post/emails
- Answering telephone enquiries - taking and distributing messages
- Day to day assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications:
- Maths and English GCSE at level 4 or above
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Attention to deal with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- UK driving licence would be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
