Day to day, you will:
- Raise invoices for customers assist the team with the day to day running
- Raise job cards and maintain the department work diary,
- Provide telephone reception support for the department,
- Plan HGV servicing build customer planners ,annual mots tacho's running defects
- Support others around the business by performing to the best of your ability,
- Be part of the reason our customers keep on coming back!
The ideal candidate:
- Is positive, punctual, hardworking, flexible, and driven,
- Is well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues,
- is happy to work alone and also support the team is driven and self motivated
- Won’t be afraid to ask questions and keep doing so until you’ve got what you need,
- Will be honest with high levels of integrity,
- Thrives and remains calm under pressure in a busy workshop.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an Administrator role,
- Meticulous & highly organised,
- Computer literate using word excel and power point and can easily learn new systems.
