Job Description
To further our expansion, we are now recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to play a prominent role in our Ops/Regs aligned UX Team, helping produce enterprise UX design for in-house systems, serving our Customer Service and Operational teams, helping them to continue to deliver excellent service to our customers.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6/7 years experience in UX and who wants to join a passionate team of creatives working with the financial services industry.
What you'll do
- Design leadership: Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals. Play a key role in shaping our overall strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels within the Ops/Regs area
- Enterprise UX: There will be a focus on workflows, addressing complexity and simplifying data visualisation.
- Business driven: The goal is to provide dashboards and system to help our Customer facing teams, focusing upon improving productivity and enhancing decision making processes.
- Design Systems: You have extensive knowledge in creating and maintaining components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration, contributing extensively to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.
- Collaboration: You are able to collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams and will play a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration.
- Decision making: You can make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations and creative goals.
- Research: You can illustrate skills in designing and overseeing comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitive and qualitative methodologies.
- You can effectively communicate design ideas, rationales and strategies clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- You will be an advocate for UX in the wider business looking for opportunities to showcase UX.
- You will be able to inspire and motivate team members providing mentorship and guidance.
