The Senior Team Leader (Grounds) is responsible for managing the delivery of grounds maintenance services across Cheshire East, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. Leading a team of Grounds Team Leaders and frontline staff, the postholder oversees daily operations, develops procedures, manages budgets and equipment, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role involves engaging with internal teams, councillors, and the public to maintain and improve public open spaces, while driving service improvements and operational change.
