What you'll do:
As a Senior Team Leader, you'll be the vital link between our front-line team and restaurant management.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead shifts and support the team with energy and enthusiasm
- Set up for services and success using our SOP's and checklists
- Drive exceptional service and cleanliness standards
- Coach, train, and motivate your team to greatness
- Be a champion for health and safety
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
- Step up as Duty manager when needed
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant,bar, or food and beverage establishment
- Previous supervisory experience
- A confident, inspiring leader
- A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety & Health & Safety
- Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18.
