R͏esponsibilities
- Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a robust business growth strategy for specific market segments, aimed at enhancing revenue generation in sustainability consulting by actively pursuing both proactive and reactive opportunities.
- Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of consulting assignments and for supporting strategic clients on their sustainability journey by identifying and defining differentiated and customized services and solutions, with the goal of establishing Wipro as the preferred partner for all sustainability-related initiatives.
- Relationships: As a Senior Sustainable Technology Consultant, you bring deep expertise and good industry, stakeholder and client connections, demonstrating that deep subject expertise and customer-first mindset to foster deep customer relationships.
- Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals. Contribute effectively to elevate account level performance scores.
- Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Impact Market Positioning and increasing Wipro’s mindshare
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Partnering with business users, vendors and the sustainability ecosystem you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as a sustainability expert.
- You will own, drive and manage the solution design as well as guide clients and team members on projects.
W͏ho we are looking for:
Demonstrable Evidence of Driving Transformation
- Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape challenges into structured problem statements. Experience at a Senior Manager level or equivalent from a Big 4, Accenture or Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting environment would be highly desirable.
- Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
- Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
- Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its impact and application for business on sustainability goals.
- Comfortable operating in CTO, CIO, CDO environments with a demonstrable understanding and ability to inform their priorities, cost model, IT landscape, procurement processes, architecture and strategy.
- A strong understanding of the technology stack is important as well as awareness of the offerings and positions of Hyperscalers, Data Centres and Technology hardware and software suppliers, that inform infrastructure setup, asset disposal and recovery and other relevant areas to help integrate sustainability within IT.
- Your sustainability experience should cover areas such as ESG measurement and reporting, Carbon Accounting, Decarbonization, Climate Risk, Net Zero Transition, and Sustainable Technology with practical application in client settings.

- Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills
- Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
- Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
- Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges

- Supports in the delivery of our organisational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.
