At Clover Health and Homecare, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Supported Living Care Assistant to take a key leadership role in one of our 3-bedroom supported living services.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Create and regularly review care plans and risk assessments
- Support individuals to build independence and confidence
- Supervise, mentor and guide care staff
- Act as a point of contact for families, professionals, and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the service
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior care or supported living role
- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of CQC frameworks and a passion for person-centred care
- Experience in Supported living assessments, risk assessments and care plans
- Skilled in writing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
