Positive Steps is growing and looking for experienced Senior Support Workers to join our team, specialising in mental health support.
In this key role, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs—offering emotional support, guiding daily routines, administering medication, and supporting social inclusion. You’ll also help mentor junior staff, contribute to care planning, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
We’re seeking dedicated individuals with 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role and a relevant QCF Level 3 qualification. A full driving licence and access to a car for work are essential.
