Pay: £14.00 per hour (approx. £33,500 per year with sleep-ins)

The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide skilled, person-centred care and support to adults with complex care needs while leading and guiding a dedicated team of Support Workers. You will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff to deliver consistent standards of care
- Act as a safeguarding lead and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Facilitate meaningful activities and build strong, trusting relationships
- Support new staff with induction, training, and role-modelling
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in adult social care, ideally in a senior or lead role
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care
- A role model with strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to cover shifts, including occasional sleep-ins/on-call
