Skin Architect is a luxury skin and aesthetics clinic based inside the UK’s largest ladies-only gym facility. We offer premium treatments using leading brands including Mesoestetics, Hydrafacial, Obagi, Dermalogica, Sterex, Advanced Hair & Lesion Removal, and Lynton Laser Hair Removal.
We’re now hiring a Senior Skin Therapist & Clinic Coordinator, a multi-skilled, business-minded professional who can deliver exceptional skin treatments and manage the smooth running of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skin and body treatments to a high standard.
- Conduct skin analysis and create personalised treatment plans.
- Advise on skincare and nutrition products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from booking to checkout.
- Manage reception, bookings, payments, and client records.
- Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and display presentation.
- Prepare offers, events, and marketing campaigns to grow the business.
- Support with staff management, rota's, appraisals, and training.
- Assist with website updates and social media posts.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) required.
- Experience in advanced skin treatments essential.
- Training in Mesoestetics, Hydrafacial, Obagi, Dermalogica, Sterex, Laser Hair Removal (desirable).
- Strong organisational, customer service, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work evenings (up to 8pm) and weekends.
